Flavor/Aroma: Its scent is powerful and broad and is characterized by elegant, fresh notes of meadows and reminds one of artichoke, wild thistles, aniseed, rosemary and mint. Bitterness and pepperiness are evident but well-dosed and the finish is sweet almond.
