Flavor/Aroma: This oil has a very intense green nose: green almonds and a hugely complex mixture of aromatic herbs. Such a bright, fresh and inviting oil. The mouth too is sparking with green coffee, green leaves, wild chicory leaves and the sensation of aromatic herbs without it being possible to identify a particular one-almost as if Crognalegno were a new, fresh, green herb! The bitterness and pungency are perfectly balanced and the finish is long and completely satisfying.
