We are a bit late presenting them to you this year since we have moved both
our warehouse and home and are still in the process of reorganization.
Our selection of Championship extra virgins from the 2017 New York International Olive Oil and the 2017 Los Angeles International Olive Oil competitions have arrived and are available from our website.
Los Angeles and New York Competitions
In most competitions we use regulation blue glasses so that we are not influenced by the colour of the extra virgin olive oil. We warm these up either by hand or on special warming devices so as to bring the aromas out of the oils.
I have just got back from two olive oil competitions (in Turkey and Greece) and will be going to two more next month (Britain and Japan).
We would like to Congratulate Anna and Valente on their GOLD Medal, awarded for their “Il Classico” Organic Blend of Peranzana, Biccarese, and Pizzuto cultivars at the prestigious New York International Olive Oil Competition in April!
It was so cool for me to be here in Boston this time just as the oil arrived. We went to get a massive truck that Rudi clearly enjoyed driving and set off to the deposit where the oils were.
