Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping times range from 3-7 business days based on where your package it’s being sent. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
While we understand that delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances, we strive to do our best to deliver your product to you as quickly as possible. Winter shipments may arrive frozen or extremely cold. If the oil appears frozen solid or “clotted”, DO NOT open the bottle. Let the bottle gradually warm to room temperature, then open and serve.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for incorrect addresses. Please verify all addresses and include apartment number, suite number, unit number, etc. as appropriate.
Members will receive the delivery of their Extra Virgin Olive Oil according to their membership level. Shipping for memberships (Gold and Silver) are shipped free* and Bronze membership has a flat rate shipping of $8.95*
*Only available for orders shipped to single addresses in the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Territories and FPO addresses.
Please note: due to the fact that all our oils originate from small, artisan producers, their quantities are very limited and may not be available at the time you place your order. We will make every effort to meet your requests and fulfill your orders on a timely basis.
All of our oils have bitterness and pepperiness to their tasting qualities. These are attributes that indicate the oil is good for you.
We take great care to make sure that our products arrive in their best condition. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of the product by phone at 855 EVO-OLIO (855-386-6546) or by email.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we want to know why so please call us at 855 EVO-OLIO (855-386-6546) or by email.
Directions for returning your product will be provided to you when you contact us. Once we receive the product and determine the reason for the return, we will issue a credit for the product to your account.
